Tom jumped in and gave her all the details, helped me finish getting my house show-ready, and within one week we had buy/sell contracts to swap our real estate. Tom did a great job helping me to both sell my house and to buy a new place. Moving was a bit overwhelming for me so I had been dragging my heels. Tom helped me to get a moving coordinator (btw she was awesome also) and bent over backwards to run to either house when I could not. Additionally I was out of the country for 3 weeks and in the meantime Tom, my coordinator and attorney took care of everything. As a result I had a great vacation. I highly recommend Tom!
